Courses include; Rooted in Value, Radiating joy. This is a journey into your own personal value system, self worth and reclaiming daily joy. Home to Self, this course is designed to help you recognize and honor your inner child, and make them safe. Sacred Spaces, this series was created to help people create and honor their own boundaries confidently. Sister Circles will include intention setting, guest speakers  and relaxation in a serene environment. We will always gather near water. Hikes are fully customizable.

I began this journey over 8 years ago. Who I was and who I am today—two different people. But every version of me has led to this moment. From wearing ‘busy’ as a badge to learning & respecting my own worth and flexing healthy boundaries. The work begins with grace, forgiveness, and understanding, of yourself. You were doing the best you could with what you had. Now, you're ready for something deeper, by design. You want to show up authentically, conscious, and fulfilled—in your relationships, your work, your self.

From trauma, neuro-divergence, parenting, addiction, health challenges, loss, and caregiving—my lived experience is wide and real. Combined with formal training in life coaching and transformative techniques, I offer support rooted in empathy and growth-based on lived experiences and relentless rear view analysis.

Who Am I?

I’m a mama of 2 boys, married 22 years, REALTOR®, caregiver, musician/vocalist, backpacker, squirrel rescuer, nature and animal lover, and now—accredited life coach. My practice, Collateral Beauty, is built on the belief that something beautiful always comes from something hard. Without the bad, life's wins wouldn't be quite so sweet.

My life experience spans from childhood abuse, addiction, cessation, over 7 years of therapy in CBT and EMDR (somatic modalities) processing my childhood to natural childbirth and breastfeeding, raising 2 boys and all that comes in between, being happily married for 22 years and navigating that partnership, all the lady pains that lead to cancer, hysterectomy and thru early menopause. All the phases of womanhood. Ive been an elderly care giver many times starting with my Dad. That experience is vast and too much to list. I'm now a care giver for my mother in law. There is so much more to share but for privacy sake, we'll keep that to one on one. 

I'm also alcohol free over 8 years, physically healthy and happier than I've ever been, personally. It's time everything I've gone through is of some use to someone else..
